New York Women in Communications is a professional organization geared toward professional women and students in the communications industry, including print, broadcast and online journalism, public relations, marketing, corporate communications, advertising, digital media and book publishing.
The NYWIC Student Affairs Committee hosted the 2011 Student Communications Career Conference. The event featured leading industry professionals from top-ranking companies, as well as successful entrepreneurs.
