Job Description:

Our award winning advertising and branding agency is looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in New York.

An agency driven by a strong set of core values that define our culture, how we work and everything we produce. We are looking for a team member to help oversee the tactical handson day‐to‐day execution of marketing plans action items. Supporting the brand team, the marketing coordinator will help prepare daily deliverables including proposals, brochures and events materials. The marketing coordinator will also participate in planning event logistics, assisting program managers and other administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities:
· Coordinate, update and prepare In Design & PowerPoint presentations for print
· Answer busy telephones, maintain heavy calendar and travel arrangements, sort mail and
provide additional support to the brand team as needed
· Assist with Ambassador Program and help coordinate events (i.e., planning, logistics and
execution)
· Prepare mass mailings
· Update weekly relevant departmental documents and maintain regular communication
between multiple internal and external departments
· Keep and distribute weekly reports for department
· Manage expense reports and vendor invoices, etc.
· Foster relationships with a variety of vendors

Qualifications/Skills:
· 4 years experience preferably within a creative/advertising agency
· Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Publisher, Office 2003‐07 and In Design
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with wide range of
internal and external contacts
