The Fashion Factor event was a candid discussion held at LIM College focusing on "an insider's look beyond the glitz and glam". Topics included careers, departments, responsibilities and resources within the fashion industry. Featured professionals included: Ray'uana Aleyce, Free Agent Model and Founder of Model Social Media LLC, Deidra Clark, Assistant Buyer for Lord & Taylor and Founder of Getting Back To Me, Kristen Devine, Senior Account Executive for Tracy Reese, Laurel DeWitt, Designer/Founder of LaureLuxe Metal Couture and Sonya Holley, CEO/Founder of Trendcocktail.com and Sonya Holley Jewelry and Professor at Berkeley College and LIM College - Where Business Meets Fashion. Jessica Styles, Professional Coach & Founder of The FAB Network and Professor at LIM College - Where Business Meets Fashion served as moderator. We discussed some meaty topics such as tips to excelling in a fast pace and competitive industry, strategies to increase your network and industry resources.
