About Laura Schwarz
As a former Marketing Director, Laura knows the value that high-performing leaders can contribute in driving business results. Laura's passion for executive development derives from her helping individuals and teams to significantly upgrade their performance with actionable feedback and organizational support.
Prior to founding her company, Laura held leadership positions at American Express that included Director of the Small Business Delta Credit Card Portfolio and Director of Partnerships. Previously, Laura led extensive global research and branding initiatives on behalf of Young & Rubicam Advertising and Research International.
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology, Laura is certified by The Coaches Training Institute (an International Coaching Federation accredited program) and in a wide range of assessment tools, including Myers-Briggs® and Lominger Voices® 360. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the METRO NY Association of Applied Psychologists.
