 has been recruiting senior executives since 1990. Now an executive search and management consultant with Carlsen Resources, Inc, she has specialized in the communication and entertainment industries, including cable, broadcast, publishing and new media. She has recruited executives at the CEO, COO, and CFO levels as well as new teams for start-up companies.




 
Nancy Goldman
 is a former television development executive and coach. She is currently the job developer at the Made in NY Production Assistant Training Program. An adjunct professor at Manhattan College where she teaches communications, she also facilitates workshops for job seekers on using personal storytelling in interviews.








Angela Mickey
 is the managing director of casting at bicoastal Liz Lewis Casting Partners, where she has cast projects since 1999. Clients include America's Got Talent with Howard Stern, Kindle, Emirates Tourism, Capitol One and Panasonic.
