How do YOU begin?!

Write down your "to-do" list. This is the only way that you will be able to remember what your goals and objectives are. Make a chart - one bucket for STOP! START! CONTINUE! Write down feasible goals that you can attain all by yourself. The tasks that you write down should be easy and simple. The point of this exercise is to give yourself a small, somewhat easy task(s) to do that will in turn have huge, powerful results. See below for example...

CONTINUE!:
- I would like to continue being proactive in working on my personal projects and making progress in achieving my short-term goals.

Result of STOP! START! CONTINUE! theory:

The result of this theory is that you have now made yourself blatantly clear of your vision and created a mini strategy on how to get to the finish line. By becoming aware of things that we are doing and need to improve on will help us to make strategic decisions that will lead to a more streamlined result. It's such an easy task that has profound results. Make sure you try this exercise at home!
