VERSACE FALL/ WINTER INTERNSHIPS - for College Credit

VERSACE, a leading luxury design house in New York City has exciting opportunities for highly motivated students for their upcoming FALL / WINTER SEMESTER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM– for college credit.Versace is accepting applications for Students who are interested in participating in an internship to earn academic credits (non-paying) beginning in September ’09 though December ‘09.

An internship program with VERSACE will provide you with the perfect opportunity and exposure to combine your classroom learning with a real- life look into an exciting career within the fashion industry! OFFERING INTERNSHIPS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• WHOLESALE SHOWROOM SALES & MARKETING – students will assist in the showroom during the upcoming market weeks with the latest Versace couture collections

• MERCHANDISING / BUYING – students will assist the buying team with the merchandise for the US Versace boutiques

• VISUAL – students will assist in visual presentation of the Versace boutique and the store windows

• PUBLIC RELATIONS – students will assist in special events with press, publicity

• OFFICE ADMINISTRATION – students will support the Human Resources and Finance department

MUST KNOW INFO: Candidates can only be considered if he/she is a current college student, and able to receive college credit for the internship. Any students, who are currently out of town, must be able to arrange their own living accommodations in advance.
