MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare reports and presentations regarding mission critical
sales information

• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track, monitor, and
analyze sales trends

• Interface with our NYC sales executives and sales force, and
Los Angeles based executives to obtain and analyze sales
trend data.

• Communicate value-adding ideas in a concise and clear manner.

• General Administrative duties.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience in Buying, Planning, or Sales
Analysis

• Strong administrative support skills including intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

• Highly organized and flexible with great attention to detail

• Self starter with excellent verbal, written and analytical
skills

• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal
supervision

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with various personalities within department

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
